Today's challenges in fleet management are escalating

Today's challenges in fleet management are escalating. There is a significant amount of effort towards maintaining their insurance and tax compliance by managing and reporting key vehicle attributes like speed, distance, and geographical boundaries crossed. Organisations are recognizing the opportunity to more effectively and accurately improve communication with their mobile workforce, yet today it is not very cost-effective to implement these solutions.

In terms of cost and cost reductions, companies are focused on reducing costs associated with their business processes and fleet operations. Too much money is spent on issues that arise from lack of visibility, communication, and insight into key mobile sales or field operations processes, driver’s behaviour, and insurance premiums.  The rising fuel costs across the Asia pacific region are also putting a strain on fleet owners and operators.

On the other end, time and money is being spent to focus on improving customer satisfaction. Often, customer satisfaction is related to the interaction a customer has with a mobile sales force or field service organisation. The opportunity for an organisation is to understand the details and outcome of each customer service interaction so they can improve customer satisfaction.

This 2-day training will share and discuss current issues on maximising fleet utilisation, effective vehicle maintenance, fuel and driver management as well as enhancing customer relations. It will address the need for creating efficient and cost effective transport schedules, incorporating real-time monitoring systems and key process improvements, monitoring vehicle quality & standards, managing driver driving attitudes in terms of safety and energy saving and assessing the feasibility of implementing NGV as an alternative energy.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain insights on these proven methodologies that provide strategic yet practical solutions in leveraging operational cost efficiency and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
