Do you and/or your customers want their projects done ever faster, cheaper and better?

Are your projects consistently coming in late? Over budget? Delivering products that are missing key features that your end-customer’s desire?

Are you experiencing too many change or variations orders from your contractors, sub-contractors and vendors?

Are you experiencing delays from you contractors, sub-contractors and vendors?  Is their work not up to the desired or specified quality standards?

If the answer to any of these questions is YES, then you must attend this course.

Everyone focuses on the “Iron Triangle” of project management - Time, Cost and Quality, and then are surprised when, despite their best efforts at estimating time, cost and specifying quality, things happen that cause the project to come in late, over budget, with quality problems that leave behind unhappy stakeholders.

This course is designed to look at project management specifically from the perspective of risk management, to see if there are any ways we can minimise the risks while maximising the rewards.

This is a hands-on course that will explore step by step why risk is not something that should be considered as a last step before starting a project, but how to EMBED risk management thinking into all aspects of the project, from the earliest conceptual phases through to project completion, commissioning and hand-over and beyond into the guaranty/warranty period.
